Nestled in enchanting woodland, our wedding spaces are an unforgettable place to celebrate and come together. The spaces combine traditional architecture with a contemporary finish to provide the perfect setting for you and your guests to celebrate.
The Priory
Brinkburn Priory was built in 1135 by monks, who found unrivalled solitude in the peaceful setting by the meandering River Coquet, which gently loops around the ravine.
The Priory can accommodate up to 120 people for a wedding, blessing, civil partnership, or Church of England ceremony.
The Manor House
Located beside The Priory is the historic un-restored manor house which was built from part of the monastic remains.
Celebrant and humanist gatherings can take place in the Manor House for up to 100 guests, or outside on the terrace at the front of the Stable Block.
The Riverside
Immerse yourself in nature and celebrate your intimate elopement on the banks of the river coquet. Our stunning riverside location boasts incredible views of the Priory and Manor House whilst tucked away amongst the trees.

The Tipi
Our magical immaculate tipis dine up to 120 seated guests, in the evening revellers dance in the white room and outside on the terraces whilst the bar in the tipi comes alive.
The Green Room
The Green Room provides space for up to 60 people for a civil ceremony or civil partnership.
For intimate winter weddings, the Green Room holds up to 40 guests to celebrate. Gather your nearest and dearest alongside the roaring fireplace to make you feel at home.
Bar & Dancing
Whilst you enjoy your wedding breakfast in The Tipi, your evening band or DJ will discreetly set up alongside the Brinkburn Northumberland team who transform The Green Room into somewhere special for your first dance and the party can begin.
Once you are ready to get the party started, guests flow into the Green Room and enjoy drinks on the terrace and around the fire pit. Music played in the Green Room is piped through into the tipi bar so that guests can enjoy a seamless evening of music, dancing and chilling.
Outdoor Wedding
