The Loft serves as an ideal setting for mat work and sitting workshops. Ample natural light pours in through skylights, enhancing the vaulted ceiling and showcasing the natural lime-washed decor.

The light and neutral environment downstairs creates a functional and versatile space suitable for strength training, dining, meetings, or practical workshops.

The building, once the parish post office, retains its historical charm with three arches providing an outdoor dining space. A functioning post box stands as a reminder of its past.
